3. We really liked the rooms and the lobby but were very disappointed with how much noise we heard from the street and parking lot even being on the 12th floor.

6. Overall our stay was comfortable, but was disappointed by the pool, we couldn't seem to spend anytime around it due to lack of beds available (there are only approx 8) and it was consistently in the shade.

9. When we really wanted to use the pool it was being let out for a private function, and getting up early to use it the following morning only led to further disappointment - it is a tiny pool in a dark corner which gets cold.
