1. The elevators were rickety, the decor/lighting was dim & dull; Our room was not all that impressive, with a refridgerator that did not work (could not store our leftover food from a nearby restaurant) so of course it was thrown away (what a waste); the mattress was very uncomfortable and lumpy.

2. The pillow top mattress is no longer soft and plush, instead both beds in my room sloped so much I need to prop myself into the bed with the small, excessively squishy pillows which made for a long, uncomfortable night of tossing and turning.

4. I'm not sure why this person said these beds were uncomfortable but the truth is, it was the most comfortable bed ever, almost better than our own bed back at home.
