1. The only points I'd deduct are for the extremely slow elevators that turned a 'quick run to the room to drop off some stuff' into a 10 minute adventure.

6. One thing, there was a conference or something in the hotel during our stay, so it got a little hectic and noisy in the lobby and we had to wait a long time just to ask couple of questions since the lines were really long and the elevator got really slow too because of it.

8. The rooms are VERY loud, there is hardly privacy b/c of hearing everything and I mean everythinhg, the elevators were slow, the staff was snappy when they LOST our keys for our rental car b/c their bell hop went to Starbucks two blocks away to get a coffee.
