1. I can take or leave boutique hotels, but the staff was fantastic, the location was good, parking was no - hassle, and the rooms were very comfortable.

2. They shuttled us both ways free of charge to the show we were there to see saving us the hassle of getting a cab or driving around the block trying to find a parking space.

3. Still, I wouldn't have agreed to a pets floor in the first place and no upgrade can replace the hassle and lost sleep.
"Friendly, clean, but loud. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2008 Vote

5. At the Curtis, not only do you not get breakfast, but there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby (I was told I could make in my room which is true but I prefer real cream & not the hassle of brewing in the room), no wine glasses or opener in room, no bath robes, no pool, no free bottled water, and room service trays which sat for days in the hall.
"Too, too expensive! Amenities - there are none. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/26/2008 Vote
6. Add $12 a day parking and all the hassle of getting in and out of the hotel.
