5. Kudos for that because in my experience I have always had poor services in the downtown multi storied hotels with tons of rooms (including the Hilton chain).

10. Pros: wonderful location, good price (took advantage of mile-high Denver special), clean room, comfortable bed;Cons: poor lighting in bathroom, showers in all rooms (no bathtubs), tiny work-out room but adequate (some equipment in disrepair - safety switch not working on treadmill & no TV).
