On the flip side, the restaurant personnel in the Corner Office (and room service) were all very courteous and obliging (different universe, perhaps? Maybe food service isn't considered cool enough to be

I don't think there is much the hotel can do about this - the other guests are not
rude
or loud, they are completely normal.

I asked for a manager, was put on hold, then the
rude
staff person came back on to tell me they had one room but it was a single queen bed, not the King we had paid for.
