dirty
dishes were left sitting next to the ice machine on our floor all three days of our stay, without being picked up by room service.

Also the common restrooms were
dirty

This place is loud,
dirty
, there is carpet frayed all over the place - even the elevators - and the themes are cute but the gimmick wears off fast.
