1. Great hotel, but the impression is that it is run by young trendies who don't have a good understanding of true service, I felt like they went through the protocol set by management, but unless it was in the protocol the staff were lacking initiative.

4. I can imagine the clientele here being pretty loud as a rule -- the hotel is designed to appeal to twentysomethings -- so the lack of soundproofing is a real issue here.
