1. The rooms still have low popcorn ceilings, beds don't seem to have much of mattress pad so they are hard and fairly uncomfortable, the moldy thin shower curtain takes away from the otherwise nice bathroom, the strong perfume smell on the floors is weird, and the elevator carpet is filthy.

3. This location is hard to beat for a downtown stay, just two blocks off 16th Street Mall, right next to the Performing Arts Center, and only a block or so from the Convention Center.

7. Each floor has a theme so its kind of hard resist riding the elevator to experience each theme.

8. The entrance doors are hard to close quietly, so they tend to slam and with rooms being close together that can get a bit annoying (esp at night).
