7. unfortunately, on our first day, there were so many persons there waiting for the "freebies" that there was no place to sit and all of the food was quickly gone.

8. And unfortunately I think this was a case of clientele not only expecting to be treated like 'rock stars' or VIP (which the hotel staff does a good job of helping you live that image) but acting like them as well.
