5. pricey? What isn`t in the downtown of a major city? But yes, it was a little more than I would have liked to have afforded, but there were few choices because of some convention in town that week.

8. Maybe they just aren`t boutique style hotel people???? And for the Valet parking being pricey-it is comparable to any other hotel in any other big city and I definitely wouldn`t have wanted to self park in that area.

10. Con`s:--pricey valet parking ($22)--no doormen/automtic doors, so hard to navigate front doors with luggageFor dining: Tamayo (upper-end, modern Mexican,) Rioja (Mediterranean), Frasca in Boulder.
