, but Kimpton has enacted comprehensive and aggressive procedures at all of our hotels to address this issue.

I read the account above, so after I found out that the Denver Monaco Kempton hotel had two reports of

(on this site and on another)the first thing I did was call the hotel and ask to speak to the manager.
