1. The staff are delightful, the wine at the social hour adequate, the room I had very large (though last time I was there it felt a bit cramped - the bed took up the whole room).

6. my daughter woke up with leg cramps that required advil, the staff in the lobby went out of their way to find some so that I would not need to go to the Walgreens down the street.
