6. negatives : we never ever met a concierge which is disppointing when you have a few questions, found & lost service is extremely poor, service very uneven - sometimes unfriendly at reception.

8. The only couple of negative statements I could make would be 1) the bed was a bit too hard for our preference and 2) the bellmen could have taken our car into parking a little sooner--most of the time it was over 30 minutes just sitting on the street.
