7. As of yet, there’s no x-ray machine or sensor to tell us that a particular guest may be bringing in bed bugs, but Kimpton has enacted comprehensive and aggressive procedures at all of our hotels to address this issue.

8. There was a slight miscommunication with the bill, but Monaco's staff was more than helpful to remedy the issue.

9. My issues were small but important to me, so here's my hail of bullets: First, I had called weeks in advance (and several times leading up to my stay) to request adjoining rooms.
