5. ) The Kimpton group has done a great thing by rehabbing old buildings in urban centers and turning them into real showplaces with top of the line everything, and then making your pets welcome too (which we deeply appreciate) but I hate to see them defeating their own efforts by hiring staff that is too young, too self-concious, too self-important and far too disinterested in the comforts of their guests.
