1. Maybe if there was a garden at the bottom of the courtyard it wouldn't have been so bad, but all that was there was a nasty molding canopy.

5. The bad is that there is not a ton of space in front of the desk, so if a line forms or there are just a lot of people, you have to find different places to stand out of the way.
