1. When booking with the Hyatt, I've never gone wrong and same applies to this location.

2. A few other things 'wrong' with the room included: the wrong time on the clock (not a big deal), splintered footboard, the dresser being pulled further out than normal because I'm assuming a previous guest was looking for a plug (which I managed to only find in the bathroom), a crack lamp shade, and chipped armrests on the chairs.

3. Once I made it to my hotel room, unpack all of my bags, and started getting ready for my event at 7pm, I noticed three things 'wrong' with the bathroom: the tub did not drain properly, the toilet did not flush properly, and the tub floor was dirty/old with rust.
