1. The staff has an edge (I guess from listening to so many guest complaints every day) and are neither informed or willing to help.

9. The hotel was hosting a large class reunion - and the noise from the lobby bar echoed through the atrium part of the hotel until well after 3:00AM despite numerous complaints to the front desk(and I was not the only one down there complaining).
