1. noisy rooms on the beautiful atrium because of the bar right at the bottom.

9. I was on the 19th floor facing the interstate (when I checked in they told me this was the 'quiet' side of the hotel), and it was noisy with the rush of trucks, motorcycles, occaissional emergency vehicle sirens, etc.

10. Yes it can be noisy I imagine if you're on a lower floor with either the railroad tracks on the City side or the Stemmons Freeway on the other side with its extraordinary series of ramps joining three interstate roads together.
