9. The room was comfortable but I was surprised by the lack of quality/clean sheets - I would prefer my bed sheets be a bit more white and you could tell the sheets were heavily used and reused.

10. Once you return, wait in a traffic jam 20-30 minutes to simply return your vehicle to the valet (it was backed up for about a block when I returned, hence the aforementioned lack of organization).
