1. It is in the process of refurbishment but WOW when will it be completed?? Our room had wall paper peeling off the wall and the ceiling had serious water damage and stains.

2. We stayed in a standard double bed room for 5 days, the room needed to be renovated badly, the wall paper near the door was peeling, the furniture had the doors removed off of them.

3. Other than that, the rooms were ok, although becoming a bit worn (peeling paint, torn wallpaper, scuffed furniture, stains) and it doesn`t look like they are properly maintaining this hotel.

4. The first room I was in (skyview wing), the phone didn`t work, one of the overhead lights was burned out and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall.

5. Wall paper was peeling off the wall, and the closet door kept falling off the hinges each time it was opened and all, not my idea of a 4 star hotel.
