3. Because of the gift certificate, my husband had a difficult time making the reservation (transferred from the hotel to the 800-number then back to the hotel only to be disconnected), and when we showed up, they had no reservation in the system for us.

5. My husband found the distance from other attractions (sans stroller, and with the train station closed for refurbishments) difficult during the day, and consequently my family spent most of their time in the rather sparsely decorated, but functional, pool deck overlooking the highway.
