4. I think the hotel thinks this makes up for the poor rooms - dirty furniture, mold in the showers/bathroom, stained carpets, stale odor smell.

5. I understand they only have a few pet rooms available, but how about the fact that their customer service is so poor they don't even return your calls? I told them we could wait no longer and went ahead and booked reservation.
