1. We were put in what seemed like the smallest room they had available and it was severely outdated and very dirty .

2. Once I made it to my hotel room, unpack all of my bags, and started getting ready for my event at 7pm, I noticed three things 'wrong' with the bathroom: the tub did not drain properly, the toilet did not flush properly, and the tub floor was dirty/old with rust.
