If I may be perfectly frank, this hotel is very uniquely special to me I was given the opportunity to view the skeletal structure of the each hospitality department from room service, to the small cafe on the second floor, as well as the mediocre bar decor on the second floor, and the outdated ambience of the ballrooms compared to newly renovated hotels on the Westend of downtown.

5. What happened to the grand Hyatt Regency in downtown Dallas? It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it's very mediocre, highly-overpriced, does not always have the friendliest of staff, and very disappointing.

7. The air conditioning unit is the quality of a motel 6 AC & overall the room suckedThere are a few resturant in the hotel but there quality of food is less than average with prices of a 5 star restaurant & there staff was mediocre at best.
