1. As a neither positive or negative comment- Be aware that this is a HUGE and very busy hotel, and therefore NOT 'quiet' and 'laid back' if that's what you are looking for.

2. The public spaces are cavernous, and my only negative would be some of the furniture in the reception area looks a little tired.
