1. My name was there, I was registered, and so why was I given a hard time and refused assistance with their keys that kept repeatedly refusing to work???? The worst part is, after this extreme,inconvenience and embarrassing situation, since people could hear in the lobby this front desk agent telling me I'm not registered, NO APOLOGY was extended or offered, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of their mistake and incompetence.
