1. Both were very helpful, friendly and attentive despite the fact that the car was a stinking mess after one of the kids vomited a block from our destination.

2. No need to valet park unless you are really paranoid of your car being messed with; there is plenty of street parking around the hotel.

3. At check in I walked up to the desk only to be escorted to the 'self check in' kiosk; this took twice as long as regular check in normally would have and ended up messing up my reservation anyway, so I had to go back and stand in line to have the problem corrected.

4. Our room charges were a little messed up and we got billed for things we didn't order but they took care of it for us.
