4. Went back down to front desk and the receptionist was feeling quite a bit diligent this time around with her duties, since I showed some annoyance with continued key issue, she decides to ask for registered guest name, which I provided mine, since I had changed it on the first day.

5. Following day, issues once more with keys not working twice, must be cheapo cards? bad reader system? untrained front desk who are not programming it for the right number of guest stay? I'm not sure, but it was not funny and started to not be acceptable.

6. First issues was housekeeping took forever, requested the service as we saw the cart making the rounds.

7. The worst part was that I questioned the placement of the room at check-in and the front desk person assured me that our room was far enough away from where the wedding reception would be and there would be no sound issue.

8. Only issue was that the beds were doubles and we had 2 adults and 2 kids.

9. The biggest issue we faced was getting to the hotel, downtown Cleveland was busy with many attractions featured that evening and it took us 30 minutes to get around the block to the front of the hotel.

10. I reccomend a cheaper interior room if $$ is an issue.
