1. I've never had such worse service, I've had bad service, but never in such a fashion of incompetence without so much as batting an eyelash for the inconvenience made to a paying customer.

2. My name was there, I was registered, and so why was I given a hard time and refused assistance with their keys that kept repeatedly refusing to work???? The worst part is, after this extreme,inconvenience and embarrassing situation, since people could hear in the lobby this front desk agent telling me I'm not registered, NO APOLOGY was extended or offered, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of their mistake and incompetence.

3. (The lobby is not on the street level so we had to manuver our bikes into elevators to get to the lobby level, but that was just a small inconvenience.

4. Given that downtown Cleveland can be a desolate wasteland after 10PM if there isn't a game going on, having the hotel facilities close early was a major inconvenience.

5. I tend to book 4 star when traveling for business as I don't need any inconveniences, but I found this hotel inconsistent in the level of services it provided.
