4. My name was there, I was registered, and so why was I given a hard time and refused assistance with their keys that kept repeatedly refusing to work???? The worst part is, after this extreme,inconvenience and embarrassing situation, since people could hear in the lobby this front desk agent telling me I'm not registered, NO APOLOGY was extended or offered, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of their mistake and incompetence.

5. The concierge walked us over to a restaurant because the location was slightly hard to describe.

Also, turn left out of the hotel and walk a few blocks up Euclid and you will run into the Tower City Mall ??, but beware, the stores close at like 5 pm on Sunday; however, there are restaurants in the vicinity (hard Rock Cafe, Hyde Park steak joint, Morton's and some other Bar and Grill type places.

10. It is a historic, beautiful, ornately-decorated, hard-to-describe, indoor 'mall,' built in 1890.
