3. Last minute decision to stay over in Boston prior to a west coast trip so I went Priceline w/ 4 stars in downtown in Boston as how coukld I go wrong at a great price? Well, it ended up as the worst stay in any hotel since I have been travelling over the last 30 years.

4. If you are one of those business people who think that there's no way you can find a 4 or 5 star hotel in Boston for less than $300, you are wrong.

7. I have pretty good manners, but I was actually corrected a couple of times by the banquet staff when I was about to use the wrong coffee cup or fork.

8. I couldn't have been any more wrong, as the Omni Parker was truly an experience, with beautiful old-world charm, WONDERFUL customer service and cleaning staff, great amenities, and aesthetics that are simply unmatched by any of the chain hotels that I have ever stayed in.

9. Don't get me wrong, the Omni Parker house is a historic Boston location which has maintained it's old-school vibe and opulence and it's great for that charm.
