1. Last time, we experienced an issue at check-in, and the Sales Manager reached out to me and was so proactive, I was convinced to give this place another go.

2. The only issue I found is the walls of the hotel are not soundproof and you can hear your neighbours very easily and if you get noisy ones you have a problem.

The issue was that the manager made it so nasty, that I started noticing the peeling paint/wallpaper in the room, the too small bathroom w/ no room to even put your bathroom essentials, the thin walls where we got woken up in the morning twice by hallway exchanges, the mini bar on a basket in the room rather than locked away and all the little things that spoil a good hotel visit.

9. The room was beautiful and clean (Room 1220) and our view was incredible) I made sure to request a room with a view on a high floor as that seemed to be an issue for people.

10. It should be noted that like many older Hotels in large cities the rooms are small and do lack some modern amenities, however, the rest of the experience makes up for any of these minor issues.
