1. The only issue I found is the walls of the hotel are not soundproof and you can hear your neighbours very easily and if you get noisy ones you have a problem.

4. The air conditioner was very noisy, and kept turning on and off with a loud clunk, and a noise like a pneumatic drill, which I can only assume was from plumbing upstairs, would wake us up at 4am.

7. However, the 14th floor is noisy and loud if there is an event in the ballroom above, because the elevators are all on the 14th floor with a short walk up to the ballroom.

8. We had room 804 and there are two separate entrances into hallway so it's a little more noisy and light shined from hallway through door so room never really got dark.
