1. Someone from the hotel messed up with my reservation so it's their fault, and they put me in a very tiny room with no desk.

10. The service was less than stellar, calls to room service yielded timely food delivery (positive), calls to concierge regarding simple matters like finding an ATM were met with serious attitude, valets messed my car`s GPS system up-it was completely unhinged when I got my vehicle back.
