Bringing 27 members of a school group into a hotel can be a hassle, but the Omni Boston could not have been more helpful at the check-in desk, offering to allow us early check-in if rooms were available, sending the concierge out to speak with the students while we were waiting, placing all of the luggage in a special holding area for easy access, and even presenting the waiting children with "info" bags for sightseeing information.
