1. Outlets were difficult to access due to furniture placement; the one outlet that was accessible (but filled with plugs) was partially pulled out of the wall and did not look very safe, IMO.

9. For a twin room there is little room for moving around / packing/repacking- and with such high beds for a heavy suitcase I found it difficult to maneouvre.
