3. The first nights we stayed we were in just a standard room (which was spectacular by the way) and we then moved into the Gold Room on the 4th floor (which is well worst the upgarde I tell you).

8. The housekeeping staff even told my husband this was the worst wing of the hotel and we should have them move us.

10. Perhaps my visit was just a fluke, but be warned that the hotel is old, old, old, the rooms are not charming and have no view, and the bathrooms are the worst I`ve ever stayed in.
