1. The last stay I was moved 4 times, the first room had dirty toilets; second was noisy from the construction; 3rd was at the very end of the hotel and the aircon/toilet was defective and finally we got a decent room.

3. This hotel is 100 years old and although it has obviously been updated over time, it is showing it's age such as the noisy air conditioner and small closet.

4. The air conditioner was quirky, however: it didn`t have automatic climate controls, so you either had to leave it on (which was a bit noisy for sleeping) or turn it off (which meant the room heated up while you were sleeping, causing you to wake quite warm in the middle of the night).

7. We had booked a room on the `Gold` floor (well worth the extra) but were disappointed to be given an inside room with a view overlooking the central well and the noisy extractor vents.

8. The little issues were ,no paper delivery in am,no turndown service on 2 of 4 nights(one came at 10 pm ????) and the water that should have been provided(all part of platinum membership)A little noisy.
