The last stay I was moved 4 times, the first room had
dirty
toilets; second was noisy from the construction; 3rd was at the very end of the hotel and the aircon/toilet was defective and finally we got a decent room.

So we complained to the front desk and they let us switch rooms, sending us up to the sixth floor (totally haunted) to an even smaller room which was FILTHY-
dirty
carpet, old soaps in the shower, a half-drunk bottle of evian.

While they claim to have done a recent renovation, my room had a broken (and
dirty
) phone; some used toiletries,
dirty
sink, and several other minor items of neglect.

However, there were no bathrobes in our room and a
dirty
ice bucket left on the mini-bar.

I don't know what the mix-up was, but we came back from dinner to find not one, not two, but three ice buckets; two filled with fresh ice and the third one still
dirty
, icky, and still on the mini-bar.

Outrageously expensive parking, stained carpet, moldy smell probably related to carpet,
dirty
ice bucket, no coffee service, had to call for bathrobes.
