1. We did not make a big issue on checking out though maybe we should have.

2. We noticed though that the bathroom was quite small given the rooms size, but that wasn't a big issue for us, although it might be for larger people.

3. We had an issue with our in room safe and Eric from Security came to our room to fix it in less than 2 minutes from the time we called the front desk to let them know of the problem.

6. After alerting the front desk to the issue, they promptly offered us an upgraded room and informed us a bellman would be up to assist us with our move.

7. While the housekeeping issue was quite annoying and unexpected of a major hotel, given how amazing the rest of the stay was I am more than happy to give this fine historic establishment a 5 and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Boston for any purpose.

8. My only complaint is that the room I was in was quite small, but if you are planning on spending time out enjoying the city this really is not an issue.
