1. Was the maid pulling out her own hair in frustration at the spring-loaded door? Was the Fairmont laundry not up to the challenge of removing hair from towels and mats? Who knows, but I know taht I was oscillating between disgusted and amused as the amount of stray hair increased over our 6 days.
