2. While the housekeeping issue was quite annoying and unexpected of a major hotel, given how amazing the rest of the stay was I am more than happy to give this fine historic establishment a 5 and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Boston for any purpose.

3. Many major problems with the room that didn't get fixed upon request and forced out of the room by annoying housekeepers at 8am, then at 9am, then at 10am.

6. The biggest drawback was that the housekeeping staff must have not been aware that we were staying in the room, because they kept trying to open the door (which was thankfully bolted w/one of those inside safety locks) - that was a bit annoying.
