1. This is pretty poor form for 5pm by which time the rooms should really have been turned around - especially with a check in time of 3pm advertised.

7. There was absolutely no storage space, the shower power was poor, and the TV was in a very odd position and very far away from the bed so we never even ended up watching it at all.

10. On the down-side, we had to ask 4 times for the cot that we`d pre-booked to be brought to the room, the only lifts can be a very long walk from your room and the service for breakfast in the Oak Room deteriotaed over the 3 mornings from ok to very poor.
