1. Hotels in Boston are very expensive (surprisingly so) so we chose this hotel because of a favorable rate, but we would not choose to this property again, because it felt flat and a little worn out.

3. Carpets in the rooms need to be replaced (I had to switch rooms in the beginning because the carpet was just too stained to be tolerable for a week's stay - the second room was better though, but still felt a bit worn).

4. The room we got was nice and large but it was getting a little worn down and we had the Aircondition intake for the entire house right outside our window and when that thing started it woke us up every time.

5. In addition, there were some aging issues -- the sheet that had a hole along the edge where it was folded over on our bed; the scratchy towels that were too old to still be soft and fluffy; the slightly worn wood on the furniture like the arm chair and entertainment center.
