1. After 30 minutes with no car, the valet manager approached us and informed us that there had been a mistake with our ticket number which was the cause for the delay and he assured us that our parking fee would be discounted, which certainly seemed appropriate.

2. The staff was very friendly - despite some mishaps when they double charged us at the end of the stay - though I suppose everyone makes mistakes from time to time.

5. They first gave us a room that was already occupied (which seems a bit odd when rooms are managed electronically), but corrected the mistake by giving us a room upgrade.
