1. I felt especially bad for the runners staying there to have to sweat while they sleep and then run the marathon.

3. Read the bad reviews and use them as a warning, there are so many great hotels in Boston and despite this hotel being a Hilton, it isn't one of them.

My main gripe about this place was that 1) they don't get to your room to clean it until like 5 pm, 2) service in the restaurant downstairs is really bad, it took us an hour to get a drink , 3) the worst part was that our rooms had scaffolding and paneling up and we could not see out the windows.

8. OK that's the good and the bad changes but there is still good news:For the most part from a guest's standpoint most the staff members that have made this hotel great are still around despite the management changes.
