3. Minor inconveniences - never had bath towels for 6 people except for the first night because I requested them before we came but reallly, if you are reserving a room for 6 people, 6 towels should be a given.

8. I would not stay at this hotel again mainly because we were hardly able to get any sleep and the lack of reasonably priced services made it very inconvenient to get much done.
