1. The bed was super comfortable which meant a first good nights sleep following jetlag and poor sleep the night before in LA.

3. I find it to be a poor business practice that staff would knowingly grant and charge for an upgrade knowing the windows were covered, without mentioning this fact during check-in.

8. My only complaint was very poor aircondition very hot at night think it turned off, or was on a sensor they need to fix this very hard to sleep but beds are comfortable .

9. However, the room had a broken phone, a shower that didn't drain, the clock in the hotel room was incorrect so we nearly missed a baseball game (tickets were very expensive), and the TV was from the 90s with a tiny screen and poor picture.
